Here, Michael Jordan acknowledges that the portrayal of his success (in media) may have made it seem that he had things easy. But did he?
It’s easy to watch amazing trainers and famous performers and say, “It’s God given talent. I don’t have that.” Or “They have money, I can never afford to do that.” Or my favorite “It’s their horse, my horse doesn’t have the ability.”
What you don’t see in those videos or in that show ring, is the countless hours of hard work and endless struggles they went through to get there and be what they are. What you don’t see is the many years of preparation and the challenges they had to overcome. What you don’t know was at some point in time, they were exactly where you are thinking they same things you do.
So yeah maybe it is there fault for making it look easy, or maybe you’re just making excuses. Rise up, persevere, and get Ranchy!
